Question: What it feels like to have ADD?

To the person with ADD it feels as if everything is happening all at once. This creates a sense of inner turmoil or even panic. The individual loses perspective and the ability to prioritize. He or she is always on the go, trying to keep the world from caving in on top.

What it feels like to have ADHD activity?

People with ADHD will have at least two or three of the following challenges: difficulty staying on task, paying attention, daydreaming or tuning out, organizational issues, and hyper-focus, which causes us to lose track of time. ADHD-ers are often highly sensitive and empathic.

How do you know you had ADD?

Missing deadlines and leaving projects unfinished. Extreme emotionality and rejection sensitivity. Becoming easily distracted and disorganized. Suffering generalized anxiety disorder and mood disorder.
