Before you move out, you need to organise wholl be the new account holder. To transfer the account over to them, contact your energy provider before you move. Contact your energy provider as soon as possible to let them know youre moving so they can disconnect the electricity and gas at your current home.

If trench is to be a joint trench (shared with other utilities) the following separations must be maintained: 24 inches between gas and electric lines. 12 inches between water and electric lines. 12 inches between communications and electric lines.
