If youre currently a DIRECTV subscriber, you can use any receiver you already have. Unplug it from a TV in your home and hook it up to a satellite dish in your RV. You can also rent an additional receiver from DIRECTV so you can keep one in the RV and one at home.

Can I have one DIRECTV account for two houses?

Your account is only good for your home location… one home location, period. There are exceptions for using your service in your RV, but not at a second location. If you have two locations, youre supposed to have two accounts.
